Val-Tetreau’s Louis Gauvreau missing, police ask public help

The Gatineau Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two missing men, Louis Gauvreau and Francois Danford-Dussault. Louis Gauvreau is a 30 year old white male, described as 6’2” tall with shoulder length brown hair, blue eyes and wears prescription glasses. He was last seen wearing a dark winter coat on February 16, 2023, when he left his residence in the district of Val-Tétreau. Police say there is real concern about the health and safety of Mr. Gauvreau. Francois Danford-Dussault, 32, is described as 6’1” tall with brown hair and blue eyes and has a curved back. He has been missing since September 6, 2020 and his family and police say there is real fear for his safety.
Gatineau Police have been investigating the disappearance of the two men and are asking anyone with information about their whereabouts to come forward. Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Louis Gauvreau and Francois Danford-Dussault is asked to contact Gatineau Police at 819-243-INFO (4636). The families and friends of Mr Gauvreau and Mr Danford-Dussault are hoping for a positive outcome to this ongoing investigation.
