Upcoming City council and commission meetings

Thursday, May 29:

 

  • Commission sur les transports, les déplacements durables et la sécurité (CTDDS): The meeting will take place at 5:30 pm online via vidéoconférence. Anyone wanting to watch the meeting or address the members online must contact comitescommissionstables@gatineau.ca by noon the day before the meeting. A link to the meeting will be sent prior to the start time.

 

Friday, May 30:

 

  • Séance intercommissions: The meeting will take place at 9 am in the Salle des Fêtes at the Maison du Citoyen. The meeting will gather the Commission des loisirs, des sports et du développement des communautés (CLSDC), la Commission Gatineau, Ville en santé (CGVS), la Commission des aînés (CA), la Commission du vivre-ensemble (CVE) ainsi que la Commission des arts, de la culture, des lettres et du patrimoine (CACLP).


There will be no public question period during this meeting. Those hoping to have their opinions heard can send their comments to comitescommissionstables@gatineau.ca. To view the meeting online a request can be sent to the above mentioned email address.


 

Monday, June 2:


  • Comité consultatif d'urbanisme (CCU): the meeting will take place at 5:30  pm in the Salle Mont-Bleu at the Maison du Citoyen. Anyone who wants to ask a question or make a comment to the committee can attend in person or email comitescommissionstables@gatineau.ca to receive a link to attend virtually. It should be noted that CCU discussions are not open to the public.


  • Conseil Local du Patrimoine (CLP): The council will meet at 5:30 pm in Salle Mont-Bleu at the Maison du Citoyen. Anyone who wants to ask a question or make a comment to the CLP can attend in person or email comitescommissionstables@gatineau.ca to receive a link to attend virtually. To receive the link to attend virtually, an email must be sent by noon the day before the meeting. It should be noted that CLP discussions are not open to the public.

 

Tuesday, June 3:

  • Comité sur les demandes de démolitions (CDD): The committee will meet at 4:30 pm in Salle Mont-Bleu in the Maison du Citoyen or online via vidéoconférence. Individuals hoping to attend can find the link to the online meeting on the City of Gatineau website on the “Calendrier des séances” page.
