Upcoming City council and commission meetings

Tuesday, November 25:

  • Municipal Council: The meeting will start at 7 pm in Salle Jean-Despréz in the Maison du Citoyen located at 25 rue Laurier. Residents hoping to address the council must register in person at 6:30 pm that evening. The council meeting can also be viewed online through the city’s website or their YouTube channel.


Monday, December 1:

  • Comité consultatif d'urbanisme (CCU): This meeting will take place at 5:30 pm in Salle Mont-Bleu at the Maison du Citoyen. Residents who want to attend or address the committee can do so online or in person. To attend online, residents must contact comitescommissionstables@gatineau.ca by noon the day before the meeting to get the meeting link. It is important to note that when the public portion of the meeting is complete, CCU will begin their discussions, which are not open to the public.
  • Conseil local du patrimoine (CLP): Immediately after the CCU meeting, the CLP meeting will begin. Residents can attend in-person or online and may voice their concerns or ask questions related to the items on the agenda. Residents can get the online meeting link by contacting comitescommissionstables@gatineau.ca by noon the day before the meeting. Once the public portion of the meeting is complete, the CLP will begin their discussions, which are not open to the public.


Tuesday, December 2:

  • Comité sur les demandes de démolitions (CDD): The meeting will take place in Salle Mont-Bleu at the Maison du Citoyens at 4:30 pm. The meeting is also available to view online. The link to the meeting can be found on the “Calendrier des séances” page on the city of Gatineau website. Those wishing to address the committee can attend in person or online.


Monday, December 8: 

  • Comité consultatif agricole (CCA): The meeting will take place at 5:30 pm in Salle Mont-Bleu at the Maison du Citoyens. The meeting is also available online. To attend online, residents can contact comitescommissionstables@gatineau.ca to get the online meeting link. 


Saturday, December 13: 

  • Commission jeunesse (CJ): The meeting will take place at 1 pm at the Maison du Citoyen. If any resident has questions for the commission, they can send them to comitescommissionstables@gatineau.ca.
