What do television sets and serpuaries, Styrofoam, steel car adhesion plates, building materials, oil filters, tires, packaging of all kinds, glass and plastic have in common?

This is just some of the garbage collected by Alliance board members and volunteers during the April 28 clean-up of the Deschênes forest, part of the Grand Ménage de Gatineau.

And that's not counting the dozens of bags of dog excrement littering the forest floor.

Our forest is neither a dumping ground nor an ecocenter.

Come on, let's stop polluting it. It's so beautiful in its natural state.

And we'd like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all those who took part in the clean-up.
