Quebec election update: Several new Outaouais candidates announced

With the election period well underway, several new candidates have been announced for the Outaouais region. Audrey-Ann Chicoine, social worker and community organizer with the CISSS de l’Outaouais, has been confirmed as the Parti Quebecois candidate for the Papineau riding, completing the PQ’s list of candidates for Outaouais. Communications and Political Science student William Twolan has also been confirmed as the Pontiac candidate for the Canadian Party of Quebec (CaPQ) and Pierre Soublière has been confirmed as the Marxist Leninist candidate for Chapleau. The election period officially began on August 28 and will last until election day on October 3.
