Natasha Liard performs at the Aylmer Marina

Visitors to the Aylmer Marina enjoyed a musical evening by the water on September 10, 2026, when singer-songwriter Natasha Liard was in Aylmer.

Starting at 5:30 p.m., attendees were invited to settle in comfortably with a blanket to listen to the musician while enjoying the view of the Ottawa River.

Originally from the Témiscamingue region and a resident of Gatineau for several years, Natasha Liard has taken a central role in the Outaouais music scene in recent years. Her musical style draws inspiration from folk and French chanson, with an approach that places a strong emphasis on vocals and guitar. She also collaborated this year with musician Al Sam, with whom she released the single “Together.” 

The evening was part of the programming for L’Éphémère, a project based at the Robert-Middlemiss Pavilion at the Aylmer marina. For the occasion—and given the venue’s aim to be welcoming and community-oriented—a seasonal format was adopted, bringing together local restaurants, microbreweries, and producers, as well as a terrace offering access to the waterfront.

The Les Brûlés food truck (featuring artisanal smoked foods) was on site to offer its products. The bar La Guinguette was also open inside the pavilion.

Located at 1 rue Principale in Old Aylmer, L’Éphémère continues to offer Aylmer residents dynamic cultural events as it carries on with its fall program, focusing in particular on music and gatherings around the marina.
