M Fitness: Aylmer’s ultimate workout destination for top-quality training

Lyne Monette has managed the M Fitness gym located in the Galeries Aylmer since 2011 and officially became the owner in 2021. With a fresh vision and years of experience, Monette has made many improvements to the facilities, such as expanding the training area for better workout experience.

M Fitness prides itself on offering high-quality fitness space for everyone in the community. All gym-goers feel like part of the family, especially with the gym's mascot, a dog named Koda, greeting gym members before their workouts. 

Their doors are open to everyone, no matter what your fitness level, experience, or goals are. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, you will find support and guidance from their team of knowledgeable trainers. “We have two male and two female trainers available to help in a way that suits your schedule and personality. We make sure we tailor our services to your needs. If you’re introverted or new to working out, we can pair you with someone who makes you feel comfortable and confident,” said the owner. 

To experience everything M Fitness has to offer, everyone is invited to attend their open house on Saturday, April 26. This is a great opportunity to visit, tour the new space, and meet the team.
