LATTI residential rental project launches near des Allumettières and Vanier

Capital Square, in collaboration with Groupe Armid and Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ, is excited to announce the launch of their upcoming residential rental project, LATTI, set to grace Aylmer's landscape. This project is a significant step towards addressing the housing needs of the region. Slated for delivery in the winter of 2025, LATTI will redefine urban living in Aylmer.

Located on Rue Seto, near the intersection of Boulevard du Plateau and Chemin Vanier, in the Plateau district, LATTI will stand as a 12-floor testament to modern urban living. It boasts a total of 268 apartments and a range of rooftop common areas, including a coveted rooftop pool offering panoramic views of the picturesque surroundings.

"Just a stone’s throw from Forêt Boucher, the largest wooded area in western Gatineau, LATTI will promote well-being and community spirit. Not only are everyday necessities within walking distance, but the neighborhood also boasts a network of bike paths. The building will, therefore, have 74 bike racks and possibly more, depending on demand. Bike sharing will also be offered to encourage active modes of transport," remarked the spokesperson from Capital Square.

Focusing on sustainability, LATTI will feature a heat pump system and a roof with a white section to reduce heat islands and air conditioning consumption, alongside a green section designed to retain rainwater, contributing to environmental responsibility.

LATTI's appeal transcends demographics, offering attractive living spaces to professionals, families, and retirees. Moreover, fifteen percent of the units will be accessible, reflecting the project's commitment to inclusivity.
