Knights of Columbus work with Provigo to raise 16,000$ for community

On Friday, Aylmer’s Knights of Columbus - Counsel 5281 honoured Julie Goulet of Provigo Aylmer with a “Super Collaborator” Recognition Award for her work raising funds through Provigo’s 50 – 50 Draw.

The campaign was a huge success raising nearly $16,000 to be distributed that evening among nonprofit organizations in the community.

The recipients of the donations were “L'Autre Chez Soi”, “Le Centre communautaire Entre Nous”, The Aylmer Rotary Club, The Aylmer Scouts, and The Aylmer Amateur Baseball Association.

The catered happy-hour hosted by Aylmer’s Knights of Columbus for the recipients, the organizers, and the volunteers concluded with a final raffle and big smiles.
