The new restaurant located at 58 rue Principale is introducing a new kind of international cuisine to Aylmer food lovers. The owner and chef of the restaurant, Oodith, received his training at Lenôtre Paris and has over 25 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry.
Oodith has carefully curated the menu, with each recipe created with quality ingredients and unique flavours.
After moving to Aylmer eight years ago, he was finally able to open his restaurant with the support of his wife and kids.
The Cordon Doré Restaurant-Bistrot offers a variety of international dishes from across India. “I feel like our popular dishes are our butter chicken and the rogan josh,” said the chef.
The restaurant team of over 12 will surely provide a welcoming and warm dining experience. The large selection allows everyone to find something on the menu they will love.
“This is my passion,” said Oodith. “I love serving my customers and the Aylmer community.”
Cordon Doré is in the heart of Old Aylmer and is open Wednesdays to Mondays from 11 am to 9 pm.
