Real estate development companies Dév Méta and Nordev Immobilier are looking into developing 184 Eardley Road, the site bordering Boulevard des Allumettières and Allée Riley.
The real estate development companies are inviting residents to voice their opinions, needs and expectations about the possible future project at the upcoming Good Neighbour Committee meeting. They hope to develop a dialogue with the community and understand their needs before developing the project.
The developers have hired a third-party associate, Catherine de Grandpré, to run the committee meetings. De Grandpré says this will be the first of many Neighbour Committee meetings for this site.
“It’s a great opportunity for residents to voice their opinions and expectations so the developers can work together with the community to create a project that fits the needs of the neighbourhood,” said de Grandpré.
The meeting will take place on Monday, June 5, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Centre culturel du Vieux-Aylmer, Atelier 3, located at 120 Principale.
