Aylmer Dance Party: next one June 1 at Imagier Art Gallery

Aylmerites who love to dance have enjoyed a new addition to the music scene in the last year and a half. First launched following the closure of a monthly dance event in Ottawa, Timekode on Laurier St, the Aylmer Dance Party has been a welcome alternative. Hosted by power party planning duo Elyse McCann and DJ Jazzy JF, these dance night move around Aylmer.

The first one was at Flixx on Court Street November 26, 2022. Several where held at 5e Baron on Principale Street and the next one is on Front Street at Imagier Art Gallery.

Entry fee is by donation. Doors open at 8 pm and there are some refreshments sold on site. The groove is vinyl spins of old school funk with breakbeat dub.
